“At 9:00 or so on Friday morning, I noticed that our hot water tank was leaking. I contacted tempo and they arranged to have a technician come by at 11:00. Mike came by, early actually :-), and by 2:30 that afternoon, the replacement tank was in and the leaked water from the old tank was cleaned up.....pretty impressive. Special thanks to technician Mike D for his efforts to get the replacement water heater installed so quickly!!”

The heat pump was installed two days early and we are enjoying having the cool air with this heat. Andre called before arriving promptly at 8 AM.
